Hands down, the biggest meet in Colorado this weekend is the Dave Sanders Invitational at Clement Park in Littleton. I don't know where they find room to park the support crews for 50+ teams, but they seem to get it done. Every year they get it done.
From a coverage standpoint, this meet is a nightmare, with races starting while previous races are still on the course. But, from a competition standpoint, it doesn't get much better than this. It may not be quite fair to the rest of the state that Littleton has both Liberty Bell and Dave Sanders. And, while Arapahoe's meet is technically in Centennial, that might as well be Littleton as well.
We anticipate some colossal showdowns in D1. Perhaps no showdown looms larger than the Palmer Ridge boys vs. the Mountain Vista boys. But, there are other teams in the hunt as well. Most notably, there are Arap...
