In his history as a coach, John Reyes has had some very good teams. This might be his best team. And that's even with Kossi Tchenawou having graduated from the program.
It's not a team where the talent is spread evenly across the events, but it is a team that can pile up a nice set of points at state nevertheless.
We'll start with hurdles, as that may be the heart and soul of the team this year. Leading the hurdle charge are Triston Sisneros and Isaiah Brown. Sisneros likely figures as the best all-around hurdler in 5A this spring. Barring some misfortune, Sisneros figures to be scoring well in both events and possibly winning one or both events.
