How good is this team? Probably better than you want to believe they are. That's just the way things go sometimes.

We'll start with sprints, because if we don't start there, we might not have the energy left to get through it after we've discussed Valor's other points of strength.

It goes like this--Gianna Tesone, Cydney Billups, Megan Maccagnan and Laura Wild. That's probably two girls each in the 100 and 200 capable of scoring at state, and a couple of sprint relays fixing to be knocked out of the park.

Nobody in 4A is loaded in the sprints like Valor is. See it and believe it this spring.
