In the absence of meet results that can be posted to the site, I thought I'd make a quick summary of the results here so people aren't left indefinitely in the dark about the outcome of the meet.
Team titles were won by Elizabeth girls (five of the top ten team scoring runners, 23 points up on Pueblo South) and Doherty boys (73 to 89 for second place Garden City).
Discovery Canyon's Liberty Ricca took the girls title at 19:46 and was the only finisher under 20 minutes. Rounding out the top five were Kayli Tabares, Lauren Kleven, Cori Small, and Elinor Enderle.
For the boys, it was Hayden Martinez of Doherty taking the win at 16:48. Martinez was also the only finisher below 17 minutes. Rounding out the top five were Marcus Tula (Garden City, KS), Jerald Taylor, Ben Highfill, and Jamison Smith.
Small-school accolades go out to Peyton. The Panthers managed a fifth-place finish in the boys race. Garhett Shaw led the Panthers at 17:37,
