Rampart junior Ciara Piffarerio added five-inches to her high jump personal best from 2021 to 2022.

Who made the biggest leap of improvement in the high jump?

We took the top-600 marks from 2022, and matched them up against their 2021 performances.

The boy's side of this saw some insane improvements. And when I write "insane," I'm talking over a foot, or nearly a foot. 

Taking the cake was Devin Bourland. The Florence senior added one-foot, two-inches to his personal best, going from 4-5 to 5-7. 

Add Scottie Vines to the list of incredible leaps. The DeBeque sophomore added a staggering 11-inches to his PR, going from 5-11 to an impressive 6-10. Additionally he won the state title in the event. 

Yannis Diby and Brevin Lloyd also added 10-feet to their 2021 PRs. 

For the girls half-a-dozen added half-a-foot to their 2021 bests. 

Leading the way was Adison Burton. The Fort Morgan junior added 10-inches to her best, going from 3-10 to 4-8.
