Leap Of The Year: Most Improved Boys From 2022 To 2023

Now that the Colorado 2023 regular season has wrapped up, let's take a look at who improved the most from 2022 to 2023.

It's time for our annual Colorado Leap Of The Year!

Taking the cake is Alex Stuckey.

The Arma Dei Academy sophomore sliced over three-minutes from his 2022 personal best. It was Three-and-a-half minutes to be more specific.

Stuckey went from 20:14 last year to 16:43 this year, for an improvement of 3:30.90. He was one of two (out of the top-300 times run in 2023) to improve by over three-minutes.

The only other runner within the same "race" was Palmer Ridge's Hayden Nici-Antesberger, who went from 19:49 to 16:39 for a leap of 3:10.

Eagle Valley's Jack Packert, Niwot's Ryder Keeton, and The Classical Academy's David Ahnfeldt all improved by over two-minutes as well.

Editor's Note: The following list was taken from the top-300 performances from 2023.
