Colorado, meet Jay McDonald!
The Summit sophomore recently finished fifth at the Air Academy Kadet Invitational in 16:40.
Last month he clocked a personal best of 15:23 at the Liberty Bell Cross Country Invitational, where he finished 22nd.
As a freshmen he ran PRs of 4:33 in the 1,600, and 10:11 in the 3,200. Additionally, he finished 17th at the 2023 4A Colorado State Cross Country Championships.
