If you've been around Colorado for a while, you know that the Fort Collins/Loveland corridor is the power alley of high school cross country in the state. Whether school for school or square mile for square mile, no other region in the state has as high of a density of quality programs as this one.

2A Programs

Resurrection Christian - This is a nearly brand-new program, but most programs don't come out of the gate as nicely as the Cougars have. In what is hands-down 2A's toughest region, the Resurrection boys finished fourth of 11 teams. The girls' placing was more reminiscent of a newer program. Both teams figure to be improved this fall, but Wyatt Simon and Jonathan Zuniga are the aces in the deck. Both are potential 2A state medalists this fall if they've put in the miles this summer.
