It was all Centaurus in this region last year, but the Warriors will face a few stiff challenges in their quest to defend their regional titles this fall.

1. Broomfield - It's actually a very close race at the top, but I'm going with Broomfield to come out ahead of the pack. Ethan Gonzales, of course, is the real deal. Right now, you have to figure Gonzales as the most immediate threat to Bailey Roth for the 4A boys title. So, Coach Greg Weich likely has no question marks at the #1 position. Ultimately, however, it's how closely the rest fall in behind Gonzales that's going to tell the story of the season for Broomfield. Daniel Alvarez-Chao and Jake Mitchem are the two most established runners behind Gonzales, but the Eagles will be looking for more.
