This is a region that's kind of near to my heart. It was our home for years two through 12 of TCA cross country. I've personally seen a lot of talent go through this region, and this is shaping up to be another nice year in that regard. And, it's definitely shaping up to have some changes in the order of things.
Boys
1. Lamar - If you were paying attention in track season, you know that this team came of age over the months of March, April, and May. Forget last fall's cross country results. Something happened between the end of October and sometime in March. Lamar has a very nice roster of Josh Davis, Zach Watson, Jake Rogers, and Kaleb Crum. That's four guys below 10:35 for 3200 in track season. No other 3A team in the state, let alone this region, can match that. I'm not privy to the Savages' schedule at this...
