All-time top 20 girls times on NPEC/BCRP course

With this list should go a disclaimer or two. The most important disclaimer is that the issue of the missing eight (or so) seconds from the state meet times of 2013 remains unresolved. What is reported here is the official times from the 2013 state meet. No course is perfectly identical from year to year to year, but the NPEC/BCRP course has remained relatively constant. With that said, here are the top 20 girls times recorded on the course. Note that Jordyn Colter does appear on this list--with a Cheyenne Mountain Stampede time.
