The Evergreen senior dropped an absolutely massive run, soloing a 15:29 victory in Division 2. The time was a 30-second PR - beating out his 15:59 from NXR-Southwest (at lower elevation) last year.
Additionally, it would've easily put him in the Top 10 of that crazy-fast Sweepstakes A race that saw two dip under the previous course record.
Behind him, the Summit duo of Max Bonenberger and Jeremiah Vaille chased a Sub-16 clocking, and nearly had it. Boneberger finished second in 16:05, while Vaille was just four seconds back in16:09.
Wyoming's Cheyenne Central took the team title with 95 points, just ahead of 3A No. 4 University, who finished second with 103. 4A No. 7 Summit finished third with 107 points.
