In this week's edition of Colorado Future Stars we'll taking a look at recent stand-out sophomore performances!
Colorado, meet Sierra Wall!
The Fairview sophomore recently had a massive breakthrough at the Front Range League Championships, where she finished fourth in a personal best of 18:15 - that's nearly a minute faster than her season-best, and a 13-second PR from last year.
What's impressive is that every time she's toed the line this season she's run faster than her previous race - she opened with a 20:57 at the Cheyenne Mountain Stampede (Pre-State), then dropped that to 19:27 at the St. Vrain Cross Country Invitational, then sliced another 13-seconds off that, running 19:13 at the Pat Patten Invitational.
