Colorado stretched its muscles this past weekend - that's for sure. 

There were plenty - plenty - of highlights spanning the country...

Starting out east - beyond the eastern coastline - the Central (GJ) boys swept the top-six spots at inaugural Bermuda XC Challenge. 

By the looks of it, the meet was fun!

Alabama was a bit of a mud-fest at the Garmin RunningLane Cross Country Championships, but Colorado made the trip worth it.

In the girl's Gold race is was a Colorado 1-2, with Mountain Vista claiming the RunningLane National title with 124 points, which was just ahead of Cherry Creek. Additionally Fossil Ridge took fourth to give Colorado three squads in the top-four.

Meanwhile The Classical Academy led the state in the boy's Gold race, finishing fifth, which was just in front of Niwot.

Another big result from Colorado came from Denver South's Ryan Olree, who finished seventh in 15:21.

On the west coast - where these words are currently being written from - Colorado made a statement at Team Nationals, as ladies from the Centennial State took three of six podium spots.

The Niwot girls took second in the team race for a program-high, while Brooke Wilson and Bethany Michalak shocked the field by going 2-3 in the individual race.

And while cross country was wrapping up for Coloradans across the country Symone Adams quietly torched a 7.63 60 for a US No. 5 at the Colorado Mines HS Indoor Series #1.

Alright, I need some of that Pacific Northeast coffee people rave about...
