Baylie Koonce dropped 4:41 from her freshmen to junior year.
It took over a six-minute drop to top this list, and even then, there two runners within the Top 500 to achieve the feat.
Battle Mountain's Samantha Lindall takes the honors, as she dropped a staggering 6:20 from her freshman personal best. Once a 25:38 5ker, a year ago she ran 19:17 at Nike Cross Regionals.
Kayla Bowman was the only other girl within the Top 500 to crack six minutes, and she hit it on the nose at 6:00.00. The Mountain Vista senior went from running 9:12 Mile Splits to 7:16s.
Four more cracked the five minute barrier, including Kaitlyn Pierce and Nina Pahs, who were just over 5:30, as well as Kira Reckel and Therali Merry.
