Mia Prok's 16:56 from the RunningLane National Cross Country Championships is the top-returning time in the southwest region. Riley Stewart is the No. 3 returner with her 17:02 from the AAU National Cross Country Championships, while Bethany Michalak's 17:14 is the No. 5 time among returners.

If there were a team race, Colorado's girls would wrap it up quite early - Madison Shults, and Samantha Blair are the No. 6 and No. 7 returners with times of 17:16, and 17:20. Katelyn Maley joins them inside the top-eight, with her 17:21.
