OFFICIAL SCHEDULE OF EVENTS

11:30 am	Coaches’ Meeting – Start/Finish Line

12:00 pm	Opening Ceremonies - All athletes in West Bleachers
Raising of Flag, National Anthem, Awarding of Scholarships, Introduction of Honorary Referee, Honorary Coach, Introduction of Coaches/Teams

12:20 pm	Shot and Discus weigh-ins (southwest ticket booth), 
Girls’ pole vault weigh in (at the event)  

FIELD EVENTS: For LJ, TJ, SP and Discus, there will be 3 attempts in prelims, then top 9 to finals.
12:50 pm	Girls’ - Shot Put, Triple Jump, Pole Vault 
		Boys’ - Discus, Long Jump, High Jump 

2nd round of field events will follow the conclusion of the 1st round, the time is an approximation, some events will start sooner than others
3:00-3:30 	Boys’ - Shot Put, Triple Jump, Pole Vault	
		Girls’ - Discus, Long Jump, High Jump

RUNNING EVENTS: All running events are heats against time.
We will run up to 15 minutes ahead if possible.
