Girls

Nobody has decisively taken this thing over yet, but there are a few teams making their bids. Let's take a look at those teams:

Bayfield - There's a difference between Bayfield with and Bayfield without Eva Lou Edwards. You'll remember Edwards as the one who absolutely dominated the 2A/3A race at the Stampede. She wasn't running at Joe Vigil, and Bayfield finished behind both Alamosa and Pagosa. Veteran Nicole Cyr and freshman Aubree Lorenzen are key pieces to the puzzle for Bayfield, but at least one more piece will need to step up to the next level to make the magic happen.

Alamosa - The Mean Moose wasn't that impressive at the Cheyenne Mountain Stampede, but they had things going a lot better at their home meet on Saturday. If Nicole Broyles...
