Sophia Vigil of ThunderRidge High School was one of the biggest improvers from this season! She improved by almost three minutes this season, dropping her time to 19:30! She also got her chance to run at the state this year because of her huge improvements!

With the regular season wrapped up, here are the biggest improvements for the 2025 season on Colorado soil. Given many of these athletes race at various regional and national races that are at sea level and on some incredibly fast courses, expect to see even bigger jumps in these times in the next couple of weeks!
